Only registered people will have access to the condominium and apartment.

The condominium does not allow visitors access to the apartment.

Guest documentation must be provided for registration prior to entry into the apartment.

The apartment has a large living room divided into two spaces: a dining room and a living room. It also has 3 spacious bedrooms: one with a King Size bed and the other two bedrooms with a Queen size bed in each. It has two complete bathrooms and a bathroom in the laundry area next to the laundry room. In addition to a large kitchen and laundry area.


Guests have access to the entire apartment, except the service room, where the apartment's storage room is kept and 2 closet doors that are locked, where the owners, who live in Minas Gerais, leave their belongings. The apartment is not shared. It is all available for guests to enjoy their comfort and unique location

The apartment is located in Prudente de Morais, almost on the corner of Joana Angélica. The neighborhood has some of the best and most traditional bars and restaurants in Rio de Janeiro, such as Bar Garota de Ipanema, where Vinícius de Morais created the famous song of the same name. We can also mention the Pope restaurant, on the corner Rua Joana Angélica, and on the other side the famous Zaza bistro Heading towards Praça Nossa Senhora da Paz, arriving at Visconde de Pirajá it is possible to find all the shops in the neighborhood. Around the square we find a variety of excellent restaurants, from Mediterranean, Italian, Japanese, contemporary bars/restaurants and traditional pubs from the region.

Easy to get around with a privileged location. Taxi and bus stops for all locations in the city, just a 5-minute walking to Nossa Senhora da Paz Metro Station, in the heart of Ipanema.

01)The maximum capacity of people inside the property is up to 06 (six) guests. Under no circumstances is it permitted to exceed this limit. The LESSEE must, as soon as the reservation is confirmed, send the scanned image of the identity document or passport (with photo) of all the occupants who will remain in the property during the signed period. If the documents are not sent before check in, entry will be forbidden by the condominium. People other than those registered will not be allowed to visit the apartment.

02) When leaving the property make sure that all air conditioning units, as well as lights are turned off.

03)There are rules for check-in and check-out times. Before completing your reservation, make sure your arrival and departure times are compatible with our rules set forth herein. Check-in is from 3 pm and check-out is until 10 am. For pre-schedule tickets, as well as after-hours tickets are charged, for each additional service, a half-day rate. This fee allows the guest to enter the property from 7:00 in the morning and stay the same until 22:00. CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT IS NOT ALLOWED BETWEEN 10pm AND 7am - silence and rest time. We will always prioritize the established times of the property. It is up to the guests to be attentive and responsible for their arrival and departure times. For this reason, if any guest already hired arises with the surprise that check out will be between 10pm to 7am, than we will have to proceed with the check out at 10pm of the night before its departure, thus assuming its inattention to the pre-established schedule.

04) The tenant may not harass, threaten or cause any inconvenience to the neighbors of the property and is not allowed to take anyone to the unit who is not included in this contract. The tenant should respect all the rules of the condominium and can not make noise between 10:00pm to 8:00am. If the legal representative receives any notification from the condominium complaining for any kind of bad behaving during the remain time, this contract will be immediately broken under termination penalty and all the occupants will have to leave immediately the property completely unoccupied. Any damages or fines accrued to property resulting from non-compliance with such rules by the tenant(s) that gives cause for contempt federal, state, municipal, local government regulations or internal regulations of the building, if it happens, are the sole responsibility of the tenant(s);

05) Waste management and trash: The tenant agrees that during the term of this contract and while occupying the property, will keep clean and free of litter and waste. All debris, rubbish and disposable should be placed in its adequate containers. It is the duty of the tenant to respect the rules of the condominium, separating organic waste from recyclables and pouring them into their proper places;

06)The host cannot be held responsible for failure of public or private supply such as water, electricity or lack of Internet signal, nor is it responsible for the consequences of the action or omission of those responsible for the control or provision of main services or any actions taken in the surroundings of the property by authorities and companies over which it has no influence/control and will not reimburse the guest if the above circumstances occur. If you agree, proceed with the reservation and welcome.

07) If one or any of the rules of the house will not be followed by the tenant, the legal representative is authorized to take possession of the property, regardless of termination of this contract and judicial proceedings;
