Located in Praça Cazuza, the nearest Metro station is in Pça Antero de Quental, taxi and bus stops with easy access to all neighborhoods in the city.

01)The maximum capacity of people inside the property is up to 03 (three) guests. Under no circumstances is it permitted to exceed this limit. People other than those registered will not be allowed to visit the apartment.
02) When leaving the property make sure that all air conditioning units, as well as lights are turned off.
03)There are rules for check-in and check-out times. Before completing your reservation, make sure your arrival and departure times are compatible with our rules set forth herein. Check-in is from 3 pm and check-out is until 10 am. For pre-schedule tickets, as well as after-hours tickets are charged, for each additional service, a half-day rate. This fee allows the guest to enter the property from 7:00 in the morning and stay the same until 20:00. CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT IS NOT ALLOWED BETWEEN 10pm AND 7am - silence and rest time. We will always prioritize the established times of the property. It is up to the guests to be attentive and responsible for their arrival and departure times. For this reason, if any guest already hired arises with the surprise that check out will be between 10pm to 7am, than we will have to proceed with the check out at 08pm of the night before its departure, thus assuming its inattention to the pre-established schedule.
04) The tenant may not harass, threaten or cause any inconvenience to the neighbors of the property and is not allowed to take anyone to the unit who is not included in this contract. The tenant should respect all the rules of the condominium and can not make noise between 9:00pm to 9:00am. If the legal representative receives any notification from the condominium complaining for any kind of bad behaving during the remain time, this contract will be immediately broken under termination penalty and all the occupants will have to leave immediately the property completely unoccupied. Any damages or fines accrued to property resulting from non-compliance with such rules by the tenant(s) that gives cause for contempt federal, state, municipal, local government regulations or internal regulations of the building, if it happens, are the sole responsibility of the tenant(s);
05) Waste management and trash: The tenant agrees that during the term of this contract and while occupying the property, will keep clean and free of litter and waste. All debris, rubbish and disposable should be placed in its adequate containers. It is the duty of the tenant to respect the rules of the condominium, separating organic waste from recyclables and pouring them into their proper places;
06) If one or any of the rules of the house will not be followed by the tenant, the legal representative is authorized to take possession of the property, regardless of termination of this contract and judicial proceedings;
