There are two buildings being built next to the condominium, which can generate occasional noise throughout the day.
Photos of all guests' documents must be sent at least 24 hours in advance of the day of arrival. Condominium security rules prescribed in convention and internal regulations.
Only registered guests will have access to the condominium. Visitors are not allowed.
Use of the fitness room must be booked in advance at the front desk, and only (03) three residents can use the room at a time, accompanied or not by their physical instructors. The user, before leaving, must clean and sanitize the equipment, mats and weights used and store them clean in their respective places.
Facing a military area with an eternal view of the sea, without the constant presence of people circulating, makes the property unique and exclusive. View for tranquility and one minute from the hustle and bustle.
The apartment is not shared. It is all available for guests to enjoy its comfort and privileged location.
We are always empathetic to our guests and remain available to serve them between 7:00 am and 10:00 pm
Located on Rua Francisco Otaviano, the last street that divides the neighborhoods of Copacabana and Ipanema, the border where the Arpoador stones are located, the best view of Morro dos Dois Irmãos. Considered the most upscale area of the Copacabana neighborhood, right next to the Forte, its surroundings have several options of sophisticated restaurants, haute cuisine, as well as bars and clubs.
The condominium is located close to the General Osório metro station (exit Sá Ferreira), easily accessible, which allows you to travel comfortably and safely between the South Zone, the Center and the North Zone. Rio is also a city well served by bus. There are many lines that pass close to the building with good regularity and cover the entire area of tourist interest. Taxis are very easy and comfortable, as they circulate in search of passengers. “Common” taxis in Rio are yellow with blue stripes on the side. Uber also works very well. To get to know the city, it is not necessary to rent a car. You can easily get around by public transport and taxi.

01)The maximum capacity of people inside the property is up to 04 (four) guests. Under no circumstances is it permitted to exceed this limit. The LESSEE must, as soon as the reservation is confirmed, send the scanned image of the identity document or passport (with photo) of all the occupants who will remain in the property during the signed period. If the documents are not sent before check in, entry will be forbidden by the condominium. People other than those registered will not be allowed to visit the apartment.
02) When leaving the property make sure that all air conditioning units, as well as lights are turned off.
03)There are rules for check-in and check-out times. Before completing your reservation, make sure your arrival and departure times are compatible with our rules set forth herein. Check-in is from 3 pm and check-out is until 10 am. For pre-schedule tickets, as well as after-hours tickets are charged, for each additional service, a half-day rate. This fee allows the guest to enter the property from 7:00 in the morning and stay the same until 20:00. CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT IS NOT ALLOWED BETWEEN 10pm AND 7am - silence and rest time. We will always prioritize the established times of the property. It is up to the guests to be attentive and responsible for their arrival and departure times. For this reason, if any guest already hired arises with the surprise that check out will be between 10pm to 7am, than we will have to proceed with the check out at 08pm of the night before its departure, thus assuming its inattention to the pre-established schedule.
04) The tenant may not harass, threaten or cause any inconvenience to the neighbors of the property and is not allowed to take anyone to the unit who is not included in this contract. The tenant should respect all the rules of the condominium and can not make noise between 10:00pm to 8:00am. If the legal representative receives any notification from the condominium complaining for any kind of bad behaving during the remain time, this contract will be immediately broken under termination penalty and all the occupants will have to leave immediately the property completely unoccupied. Any damages or fines accrued to property resulting from non-compliance with such rules by the tenant(s) that gives cause for contempt federal, state, municipal, local government regulations or internal regulations of the building, if it happens, are the sole responsibility of the tenant(s);
05) Waste management and trash: The tenant agrees that during the term of this contract and while occupying the property, will keep clean and free of litter and waste. All debris, rubbish and disposable should be placed in its adequate containers. It is the duty of the tenant to respect the rules of the condominium, separating organic waste from recyclables and pouring them into their proper places;
06) If one or any of the rules of the house will not be followed by the tenant, the legal representative is authorized to take possession of the property, regardless of termination of this contract and judicial proceedings;
