This two store penthouse is a true oasis strategically located between the mountains and the sea, designed with great comfort for guests looking to enjoy days of peace, sun and privacy, all while being 50 meters from Ubatuba's Praia Grande beach and a seven-minute drive from the tourist center, where you can find the best bars, restaurants and shops in the city. The property has an outdoor terrace, soundproof windows in all rooms and 400Mb internet speed in all areas.

This two store penthouse has two bedrooms, each one equipped with its own full bathroom (powerful shower, hand-held showerhead and hairdryer), plus a third bathroom at the entrance to the living room. We have two queen-size beds, plus a doublebed sofa and two single mattresses, accommodating up to 8 people. All rooms have Fujitsu split air conditioning, noise-proof windows with mosquito nets and 400MB Wi-Fi speed. The terrace has a barbecue, gas oven and cooktop so you can really cook while enjoying the beautiful landscape of the Serra do Mar. You can also enjoy delicious meals at the outdoor dining table, or take an outdoor shower to cool off from the heat. Or, if you prefer, you can sunbathe all day on one of the deck's lounge chairs (the sun starts to shine on the terrace around 8:00 a.m. and sets around 6:00 p.m. behind the Serra do Mar mountain). The apartment is located in a quiet residential building, very peaceful and silent, facing the Serra do Mar, and is well-ventilated and sunny. There is an exclusive space for home-office work, with wired internet and an ergonomic chair, in case you need to use your laptop.
The apartment is not shared. It is entirely available for guests to enjoy its comfort and privileged location.
The parking space is marked and is free for guests to use.
The doorman is open 24 hours a day and the doormen are welcoming and communicative, all of whom have being working in the administration for the past 12 years.

Praia Grande is known for its crystal clear waters and white sands, perfect for those who love to relax or practice water sports. In addition, the neighborhood offers a complete infrastructure, with: Restaurants and Bistros, enjoy the delicious local cuisine, including fresh seafood; Markets and Shops with easy access to everything you need, from daily groceries to local crafts, as well as Recreational Activities, enjoy trails, boat trips and the presence of equipment rental services for surfing and stand-up paddleboarding.
You can get to the beaches of the South or North via the Rio-Santos highway, which is 50 meters from the apartment. There are markets and pharmacies in the blocks, and the tourist center is about 2 km from the property. The city of Paraty is about a 50-minute drive from the apartment, and the city of Caraguatatuba is a 45-minute drive.

A total number of guests exceeding six people is not tolerated. We have two quality queen-size beds and a standard double sofa bed and two single mattresses, allowing for different configurations to sleep well, but under no circumstances will a number of guests exceeding six people will be tolerated.
Noise production after 10:00 p.m. is not tolerated, as it is a condominium rule. Guests must pick up and remove their own trash and deposit it in the appropriate place located on the ground floor of the building.
Violation of these rules will subject the guest to an immediate report on the platform, as well as the expulsion of the guest, even during the already paid stay, in addition to any legal financial penalties that may be imposed.
There are cameras in the building hallways, elevator surveillance and reception.
Attention: the terrace wall is low (waist height), so children and drunk or intoxicated people should be avoided in this area, at risk of falling off the ground.
