01) The maximum capacity of people inside the property is up to 04 (four) guests. It is not permitted under any circumstances to exceed this limit. Once the reservation is confirmed, the LESSEE must send a scanned image of the identity document or passport (with photo) of all occupants who will remain in the property during the agreed period. If the documents are not sent before check in, entry will be blocked by the condominium. No people other than those registered will be allowed to go up or visit the apartment. 02) When leaving the property, make sure that all air conditioning units and lights are turned off. 03) There are rules for entry and exit times. Before completing your reservation, make sure that your arrival and departure times from the property are compatible with our rules established here. Entry must be made from 3:00 pm and exit must be completed by 10:00 am. For arrivals before hours, as well as departures after hours, a half-day fee is charged for each additional service. This fee allows the guest to enter the property from 7:00 am and/or stay there until 10:00 pm. CHECK IN IS NOT ALLOWED CHECK OUT BETWEEN 10pm and 7am - quiet and rest time. We will always prioritize the property's established opening hours. It is up to guests to be attentive and are responsible for their arrival and departure schedules. For this reason, if an already booked guest arrives with the surprise that their departure will be in the early hours of the morning, they must vacate the property at 10pm the night before their departure, thus assuming their lack of attention to the pre-established schedules. 04) The LESSEE may not disturb, threaten or cause any inconvenience to the property's neighbors and it is not permitted to bring any other person to the unit who is not included in this contract. The LESSEE must comply with all condominium rules and may under no circumstances make noise between 10pm and 8am. If the legal representative receives a notification from the condominium complaining about this issue during the current period of this contract, it will result in a contractual termination and all tenants must immediately vacate the completely empty property. Any damages or fines incurred to the property resulting from non-compliance with such rules by the LESSEE that gives rise to non-compliance with federal, state, municipal laws, local authority rules or the building's internal regulations, if any, will be the sole responsibility of the tenant; 05) Trash and waste management: The LESSEE agrees that, during the term of this contract and while occupying the property, he will keep it clean and free of trash and waste; All debris, rubbish and disposables must be placed in suitable containers. It is the LESSEE's duty to respect the condominium rules, separating organic waste from recyclable waste and disposing of it in their appropriate places; 06) The host cannot be held responsible for failure of public or private supplies such as water, electricity or lack of Internet signal, nor is it responsible for the consequences of the action or omission of those responsible for controlling or providing main services or any actions taken in the surrounding area of the property by authorities and companies over which it has no influence/control and will not reimburse the guest if the above circumstances occur.
